We love the stay at Hotel on Phillips and have tried many places. The staff is most accommodating and the beds are so comfortable. Rooms extremely quiet. Location is lovely right along the river.

My daughters and I treated ourselves to this lovely hotel during our annual Christmas shopping weekend. The hotel is LOVELY…rooms delightful!! The valet was quick to help and the staff, pleasant. We will be back! We enjoy a luxury stay and this one is the new top of the list for us!

We were a little disappointed with the return shuttle from a concert. We called and lady said he should be returning to pick up soon. Too many people for that one, tried calling again and again, no answer and then got mailbox full. So no shuttle, had to Uber.
