"Well situated hotel for work .No complaints"

"We found this place by chance and were glad we did. It was lovely! Our room was very spacious and there was a common kitchen for cooking which we took advantage of as there was a grocery store close by (short drive but would have been walkable). Lots of character. The couch in our bedroom was a bit shabby but we spent our time downstairs visiting with other guest and the manager. "

"The room looked nothing like on the website. The bathroom extractor fan was noisy and wouldn’t turn off No staff to ask to change room "

"We stayed in two rooms as the first one was at the end of the corridor and you got disturbed by people using the stairs which were right on the other side of the wall. It was obvious the rooms were in older buildings which meant you could hear the other guests in corridor. There was no kettle or tea/coffee things in the room something I would expect 4 star accomodation to have. Reception did lend us a kettle once we mentioned this. The restaurant serves excellent food at a 4 star accomodation...

"Terrible no lighting coming up to reception so pretty dangerous Had to pick limescale out of shower head to get decent flow of water not what you expect to be having to do after a 10hour work day "
