"When I arrived and received a room on the resort side the room was dirty and the beds were low to the ground, the front desk then changed my room to the casino tower and the beds were higher up from the ground and room was clean."

"The room had modern furnishings and was clean. The beds were very comfortable and there was plenty of space in the bathroom. Our only criticism is there was no microwave in the room or anywhere else in the resort where you could heat up leftovers. Also, when we arrived we couldn't find a valet to help unload our luggage or a cart to take it to our room."
