"This was the get away we needed. Beautiful home in a sand community by the ocean. Who could.ask for anything better. We loved the open space of this home. Watching the sunset from the top balcony, bbq'd, swam in the pool, relaxed in the hot tub and played a game of pool and of coarse the beach was right there. There is a small park down the road and we got to see wild horses. We had the best time. Kids were exhausted from all the fun and so were the adults. Thank you."

"We had a fantastic stay in Carova! I have been visiting this part of the Outer Banks for 30 years and I was not disappointed on this trip! The house was great! No problems; no surprises. Trent is an excellent host! He loves Carova; he wants his guests to have an excellent visit and it shows! The kids will not soon forget the daily visits from the wild horses. Watching the sunset over the water was a wonderful way to end the day. We will be back next year!"

"I was in town for work and found this home.. it was truly the perfect location. We normally stay at hotels in the greenbrier area.. the location of this home could not have been better for commuting in the battlefield /greenbrier area . Very nice quiet neighborhood and large fenced in back yard for pups was an added bonus..we will definitely check availability at this home during our qtrly work trips."

"No air conditioner and the pool was not working. We were not able to stay at the property. Vrbo put us in two different hotels across town. My experience with vrbo an the property owner was horrible and i will not recommend using Vrbo. On top of inconvenience customer was very rude and lack phone etiquette. This was my first experience and my last using Vrbo."

"Property is new and clean in a great location. We could see the ocean from the kitchen/living room and saw horses from the house multiple days. The arcade games and shuffle board table were big hits too! Excellent, proactive communication from the owner. All contributed to a great stay!"

"Love love loved this place it was a great get away, the kids loved every minute of it and saw horses almost everyday even a baby one! Caught some fish from the dock and made lasting memories! Loved driving on the beach and not having to haul everything to it by hand! Would def recommend this for someone who doesn’t like the crowds and loves a real getaway to nature and beach! Kids can’t wait to go back!"

"The house was wonderful and we all had a very good time. The only problem I had was the master bedroom was very cold.....much colder than the rest of the house. It would have helped if the small fire place between the BR and bathroom worked. There were no directions as to how to start the fireplace and it was very, very, very cold in my bedroom all the time."
