Tonight's check-in experience was exceptional. This is our first visit to a red roof inn (although we frequently stay in hotels) and the professionalism and efficiency of the customer service I received during our checking in process was up to par or exceeded what we have encountered elsewhere including upscale hotel properties.

The room smelled musty and moldy. I immediately started feeling my chest tightening up and began coughing. The bathroom fixtures were rusted. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

Staff was friendly, but that was the only good thing about the hotel. The fact that my toilet was broken, my towels had hair from the previous use, and baby roaches in the bathroom were beyond my beliefs. We stayed long enough to sleep to hurry back to the highway
