"This is a great, modern hotel. The staff are great. Friendly and always willing to have a friendly chat. An exceptional continental style breakfast. Everything was presented well and the food on offer was very tasty.The rooms are a nice size with many modern features including controlling everything from an iPad or an app. This is great when it works. I had a few problems with the TV shutting down on its own. The staff were on hand to come and resolve the problem though."

"Conventience of location to monorail made getting to all Seattle attractions a breeze."

"Nothing the property or staff could do but we had room 1106 which landed us in a small hallway off the main hallway right behind the elevator which throughout the night could be heard through our wall and the room across from us every time their door closed would BANG loudly into our room because of the small hallway we were off of. Other then that, the hotel was beautiful!"

"The location and room view are the special something that this hotel offers. The room was spacious and the beds were very comfortable. The hotel is older and the second floor does not have an elevator. The stairs were easy to climb even with luggage. "
