"Simple and quiet. Breakfast area is small but doable. Housekeeping done every few days unless you request it. Towels swapped out periodically. Good place if looking for somewhere out of the normal, close to the airport and plenty to do and eat within driving distance of 20 minutes minimum."

"I was impressed with the condition of the hotel for such an affordable stay. Staff was polite. Our rooms were spotless and well-maintained. I did notice another floor had a large bleach stain on the hall carpet and the doors were mismatched; I wonder if they were updating rooms and the painted doors were those that were done? But didn’t affect us. "

"This is an older hotel that has some updates. Bathtub was updated but not sink. Newer carpeting. Older kitchen features. It is nice to have a full sized refrigerator. It is a 18 minute ride to the airport. Take Lyft. Getting there, we took a taxi as we were at the wrong terminal for Lyft and were tired. Twice the price of Lyft."

"The woman that checked us in was not all that helpful. I asked for toiletries (baggage still at ORD), she gave me 2 toothbrushes & toothpaste. No razor, no hairbrush for my wife. The hotel is listed as 9 miles from ORD, but the ride takes nearly 30 minutes. The man who checked us out was way more helpful."

"We had a cancelled flight and decided to get a hotel room. I chose this property because of the good reviews and free airport shuttle. The shuttle never came to the airport, like other hotel shuttles did. We ended up paying for a taxi ride. The room was clean and comfortable, and breakfast was great. Staff was very helpful also. "

"This is a great value for the price! The lobby and rooms are updated and clean. My only — very minor — issue was that the elevators look outdated, like paint chipping and the metal plate for the elevator buttons being crooked, but overall, it’s a nice hotel and I would definitely stay there again! There’s a Dunkin right next door. A big Japanese supermarket/food court down the street. The location is great."

"This is our second time staying here and it was very good. Breakfast was yummy (I love waffles) and the service is good. Only one small complaint - On Saturday I asked for our room to be cleaned on Sunday and it was never done. Other than that, we enjoyed our stay. We will be back!"
