"It was a GREAT location, one of only two hotels on Ocean Drive. the grounds were amazing. The building is falling apart a little, there is deferred maintenance, but the room was clean, the staff was Wonderful. we had a view of the ocean, the hot tub was hot, the coffee and breakfast muffins were great. It is what it is and there is SO much to see in Newport that you shouldnt be spending much time in the room. "

"This is the 4th time I've stayed at an Inn Season resort in Falmouth. There are 3 properties available and they are all quite nice. This visit was at Captains Quarters overlooking Heights Beach. It was a winter weekend with a steady fall of very fine snow. The accommodations are always spot on. It was picturesque and a perfect weekend getaway to relax and unwind. "

Very impressed.

"We were very impressed with the quality and cleanliness of this hotel. Very comfortable rooms. This is the second time that we have stayed here, and both times were great. My only one wish is that there was a USB charger, as I didn't bring my adapter, thinking that there would be one in the room."
