"When we arrived to check-in, the front desk staff (Jennifer) was on the phone ignoring us and the people in front of us. After several minutes, she put the phone on hold and responded to the people in front of us. She was very dismissive of them. Then she rudely told us that we needed to wait because she had someone on the phone and her coworker had stepped away, but we would be helped whenever she (Jennifer) was done on the phone. "Great place, beautiful, location can’t be beat. The only suggestion is the door into the room was extremely heavy to open and closed very loudly behind it. The rooms look great the doors need addressed though"

good time

"when we checked in we got an upgrade to oceanfront!!! The hotel is very clean and pet friendly. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The shower had very hot water put the inside pool was very cold. The breakfast was ok but not hot. Would stay there again and again. "
