The property was close to the beach, had features that made transitioning from the beach to the after beach day convenient: outdoor shower, screened in porch to keep beach wagon and eat lunch - including a half bathroom, washer dryer, small but functional kitchen and table. "Don's home is a great house in a super location. We met Don and he is so nice. It is an older home with older kitchen cabinets, furniture, etc. Mattresses were comfortable. AC was incredible. Sofas were newer and comfy but needed some cleaning attention. Bathrooms need to be updated. Towel bars, soap dishes and toothbrush holders were loose and in need of repair. The biggest suggestion I have, and I spoke personally to Don about this - is to declutter and get rid of personal items in the home....

A few minor things we noted: Table and some chairs downstairs in need of repair/replacement. Handrail on spiral staircase doesn't seem sturdy, especially towards the lower end. "Our family thoroughly enjoyed a long summer weekend at this home. Great house and incredibly generous management staff and owners! There was plenty of room for 13 of us. We could easily play together or find someplace to be alone. We especially enjoyed the top deck where we ate, played, and peeked at the beach. "This property is in a wonderful location - right on the canals and super easy access to beach. Win-Le (the property management co. does a great job with everything (communication, etc). A short walk to the end of the street and it's an easy cross to the ocean side, with safe crosswalk and traffic control. After you cross the street, a short block to the beach.
