We loved the ocean view. It's what made it all worth it to us. Our room was clean but smelled like weed and then our neighbors were smoking more on their balcony next door and more people smoking below us. Not really a problem but was noticeable. Free breakfast was fine, hot waffle you could make, cereal, orange juice and some pastry/bread options. Front desk person was nice. Overall a good stay, loved the beach area too, easy access. Pricey for off season but guess it's because it was car show weekend in October which we didn't know.

There was mold in the bathrooms, so much dirt in the corners of the room. The bathroom was disgusting. The floors felt unsafe walking on them. There were so many weak spots on the floors. I felt absolutely disgusting sleeping there.

My room showed evidence of a prior leak and had mold on the ceiling and walls. The bars on the balcony & pool obstruct the view of the ocean in first floor oceanfront rooms. It’s an aging hotel and it definitely shows. Beware.

Good location and price, but horrible room
Location and view was great. The room needs attention. Refrigerator was rusty with holes in the bottom. We opened it and there was a frozen three foot block of ice taking up most of the fridge. The bathtub barely drained and would fill 2-3 inches while taking a shower.

The back door did not lock. There was a ball of hair in the tub. Two large stains on the bed cover. Mold on the air vent which had condensation dripping down the wall. We checked out 15 minutes after check in. They were very understanding and gave a full refund.

Just stayed for 3 nights for the Oceans Calling Festival. Arrived late Thursday night and went to room which seemed ok for cleanliness but not great. Woke in the morning to discover bed bugs in one of the beds. The front desk apologized and changed our room and comped our night. Next room was just filthy. The toilet had not been cleaned, there were used sheets and food in the couch when pulled out. Just filthy. They comped me again for which I am thankful. I do not usually write reviews and the front desk staff were very kind and helpful, but the place is just unacceptable. Filthy.
