"The house was lovely, the yard needed mowing badly. Was disappointed the yard was not fenced. We thought a pet friendly property would have a fenced yard. The neighborhood was awful. We tried to not go out at night. Neighbors had large groups of people outside almost all the time they played loud vulgar music. The yard had little cockle burrs bad. They got into our little 6 pound senior dogs fur so bad we had to take him to the animal er to get them out on Saturday."

"We had a great stay. The house is beautiful and was convenient to Dayton. The only negatives are no usable closet in the master bedroom and not enough bath towels even once my sister in law found some in the laundry room. "

"Nice cozy place with good amenities like hot tub, small firepit, creek access for good fishing and comfortable furnishings inside the house. Our only small let down, if you can even call it that, was that the location was not as secluded as we thought. It's pretty close to town and the other cabins on the property are pretty close by which makes it feel not as secluded as we hoped for. Overall, I would say 8.5 out of 10 rating though. Thanks."

Having use of the garage for my handicapped mother would have made it more convenient to enter the home especially with the heavy rain conditions. "Its new. Only ONE TV IN THE HOUSE. There wasn’t a coffee pot :( not enough towels. The heat control is locked in box and you have to ask to have it changed. (Pain) there aren’t any trash cans.???? No blinds in the back and side of the house and it’s really dark there. I’d recommend adding more towels. Putting up some curtains. And certainly get a coffee pot. (It was listed on the amenities).
