"Nice, clean, comfortable. Very convenient to I-10. Only issue is that I thought the pet fee of $55 was a bit high. Otherwise a very nice stay"

"there was no microwave or tv remote upon entry of room, bathroom door was almost off the hinges, ceiling and floor has stain patches. honestly the only thing to do was sleep. my own urine was warmer than actual shower . the blanket was very thin, had stains, cigarette holes, i mean jail blankets are better than what they gave us. loyalty inn needs to do better!!!"

"Clean and really appreciate the fridge with a separate freezer as we travel with medicine that needs refrigeration. Bed was comfortable but could use a blanket. Door has gap that lets bugs in and lamp outlets need tightening so plugs stay in. I mention these things so the owners are aware and can fix them. We love staying here every year. "

"When I arrived at the room, there were towels on the floor, one bed unmade, a water bottle open on the nightstand and a very strong smell of cigarette. The hotel and the rooms smell moldy and all my family had allergic reactions. This is a cheep hotel but expect a cheep room with lack of cleaning "
