"Reception staff were adequate and not as friendly and welcoming as other places. Restaurant manager and waiter plus the barmen Liam and Abdul were great and especially the Irish chef in the restaurant, he was just fantastic. Carpets in the hallway and rooms need to be replaced and it is oils feel more like a 4 star. "

"Nice hotel, about 10 mins out of town by taxi. You can take the tram and walk to the Grand Place quite easily. Breakfast had a wide choice, but the cooked breakfast tended to be a bit on the cold side. Some lovely restaurants nearby within walking distance. I would go back there."

"I can't praise the hotel highly enough! It looked and felt amazing yet the warmth of the staff made the stay feel absolutely relaxed and welcoming! "A very pleasant surprise, a much better stay than expected. Room was large and spacious, and clean. Good amenities and a very comfortable stay. Bathrooms could be upgraded to include a walk in shower, that would be my only gripe. Hotel located in a good area, with lots of food nearby. Métro is a 10min walk away, gets you to the main places. Tram was close by but we didn’t have time to use them. "
