"Very cozy little home. "

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. This cottage perfect for two people. The location has all the amenities you could ask for. Climbing up and down the 43 steps to cottage can be tiring especially for the elderly. There is Liquer store very close buy and grocery store within 5 miles. I must say that prices there very high, but in no way does that reflect on owner. We certainly are looking forward to coming back for another stay."

"The main floor is laid out well and very cozy. Kitchen is well stocked with plenty of workspace. We were worried about having space to eat, but were able to fit the 5 of us around the table with no issues. As described the stairs both inside and out are “interesting” but we didn’t have any issues. It was extremely cold and rainy when we arrived but the stairs had been cleared as well as possible and there was plenty of ice melt for us to use the next day when the weather cleared. "We stayed for 2 nights while my daughter was swimming at UCONN. Place was clean and warm and had everything we could need. Short drive to campus and beautiful views of the frozen lake!"

"My husband and I stayed in this cozy cottage for ten days. It was so relaxing sitting on our private beach reading, sipping evening wine and a little fishing from the dock. The house was adequately furnished and there’s a large tv in the living room if you wanted to watch tv. Overall a very enjoyable vacation. "

"We were a little nervous upon arrival, it was exceptionally cold that day Dec 22nd, 2 deg at night ,and we were afraid it wouldn't heat up. However, between the heat pumps and the electric fireplace, it became toasty! Very convenient, 2 bathrooms great !We would definitely book again !"
