"Stayed 2 nights and had a lovely time in the Amnicom river area. Beautiful hiking on the grounds from the cabin and a near drive to the Amnicom Falls State Park. Close enough to Duluth to drive in and visit as well.It was about 20-25f our entire stay and the propane heater worked really well. We had no complaints about the cabin feeling cold. The bathroom being detached from the cabin was. a bit rough in the cold but manageable.Overall it was wonderful and EXACTLY as advertised in the YouTube...

"We had our family ice fishing trip this past weekend and had a great time. The location is beautiful and the cabin is amazing. I think I was most happy with the comfy beds…I’ve stayed at other places on the lake and the beds were less than comfy. Very happy with the kitchen amenities as well. All around great place and Liz was super easy to communicate with. For fishing, we did catch northern pike and perch right out from the cabin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"I really enjoyed this little cabin. Though i wish there was better cell phone service it was a peaceful get away. Having the beach a short mile walk away was a perk. It is slightly inconvenient to have to walk to the showers and there isnt much for privacy "

"The cabin was wonderful. Beautiful view of the lake. I spent many hours down by the dock reading and enjoying the lake. Clean and cozy, and fully stocked with everything you need to enjoy the stay. Great north woods feel. Zach was wonderful to work with and wants you to fully enjoy the stay. I will rent this wonderful cabin again in the future. "

"My husband and I loved our stay here. We were in the area for a wedding. The location was perfect, close to the water, beautiful, and quiet. "I have stayed at Telemark before. I did not realize that some units have full kitchens with oven, and other units have kitchenettes (no oven). Staff is very responsive and helpful A+. Unit decor is dated but place is very clean. You can use pool at another hotel nearby. "

"This was our second stay at Camp Amnicon. We stayed in Quietude last year, but booked Sunset this year because the three new ones weren’t available. It was great!! We think we might like sunset/sunrise better because they feel much more private, and we didn’t need the bigger space of the newer cabins. So cozy - we love the fireplace! "
