"We had our family ice fishing trip this past weekend and had a great time. The location is beautiful and the cabin is amazing. I think I was most happy with the comfy beds…I’ve stayed at other places on the lake and the beds were less than comfy. Very happy with the kitchen amenities as well. All around great place and Liz was super easy to communicate with. For fishing, we did catch northern pike and perch right out from the cabin. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

"The three of us took an impromptu weekend getaway here. The quaint little lake with a beautiful full natural pine and birch forest all set the perfect backdrop for this special cabin. It's not too rustic and is spacious enough for the three of us to do almost anything! The kitchen is well appointed with actual ceramic high quality place settings, delicate stemware, a french press for coffee, a hot pot for water to heat to specific temperatures for different types of tea and even electric salt...

"Our group of five Seniors had a wonderful time. We rented both the cabin and the bunkhouse, so that we would have more space. The deck is a great area to socialize, dine, and enjoy the views. We sat on the dock and watched an Eagle “go fishing” for its breakfast. There are basic model kayaks and a canoe. We enjoyed the short drive to nearby hiking trails and Hayward. Patrick, the host, is very quick to respond to phone calls and messages. "
