"The hotel is faded (think 1980s) but clean. The manager told me that the redecoration is is in process.The staff were lovely, as was the swimming pool and steam room. The weather was dreadful so we couldn't explore the grounds but if the price is right, we will probably go back, so may have another opportunity!"

"Overall, a very pleasant experience for an overnight stay of that price. The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. "Hotel was clean, staff friendly, and was close to the city centre. Breakfast was average, a good selection but as it was buffet style its hit and miss. Room was spacious, shower had good pressure but the shower door was not the best and the water was spraying out on the bathroom floor. Bed was a good size but the mattress was quite hard and the pillows were not the softest too. Overall we were impressed with the hotel and would definitely stay again. "
