The reception staff were friendly and helpful on my arrival as well as when I had an issue with my car tyre from 9pm to almost 1am- which was greatly appreciated. The lady at reception assured me that there was no issue if i was to have to leave my car for the day even after checkout. "Stay was good other that the air conditioning was not working so had no heat. They gave me an oil filled radiator and said it would get fixed. 5 days later and still not fixed "

"Very basic holiday inn. Poor girl in reception was working hard between the bar, reception desk and reissuing room keys upstairs- clearly understaffed. Room was clean and bed comfy. "

"The hotel is faded (think 1980s) but clean. The manager told me that the redecoration is is in process.The staff were lovely, as was the swimming pool and steam room. The weather was dreadful so we couldn't explore the grounds but if the price is right, we will probably go back, so may have another opportunity!"
