"We stayed here at both ends of our trip. Staff was very helpful and had our luggage waiting in our room for us when we arrived. We had the 4 single beds, which worked for us. We booked it for the convenience to the train station so we could use our JR train passes. It allowed us to get 4 beds in one room. The beds are a little smaller than our traditional twin size beds. This did not have a microwave, but we knew that when booking. It was convenient to a major shopping center about 1 block away."

"It was very clean and professional the rooms were small but decent for two people. The amenities offered were extremely helpful especially for long stays. I wish it had been the only hotel we stayed in. "

"I stayed here for the night before an early flight home. The long corridor painted black was a bit odd and eerie, but everywhere was spotlessly clean and modern. I was on the premium floor and had star treatment from the staff, as well as a free drink voucher. My room was the ‘comfort’ option, so the smallest, but it was a perfect size with a lovely bath (and products!). I could watch the runway from the bathroom! The breakfast was very, very good - loads of different options so I had a good fill before I left. There’s an easy checkout screen if you’re in a hurry, and the hotel will take your bags before checkin so you can walk around unburdened. I also got in an hour early for ¥2000 which was really helpful for me!"

"A longer walk from the train station. The rooms were not the cleanest. We opened the curtain to let some light in but around the windows it was moldy. Thankfully I only stood one night here. "
