"The staff are very attentive whether checking in, eating in the restaurant, in the bar area, or even just exiting or entering the hotel, there always is a staff member there to greet you and ensure that you are having the best experience. The rooms are clean and comfortable with good areas. There is a nice park a short ten minute walk away and proximity to other parts of the city are good. It was a positive experience staying at this hotel."

"Hotel was above expectations. Front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very spacious. It had a separate living room area with a sofa and desk. A full size dining table with a mini kitchen that included bar fridge, microwave, coffee maker and sink. All cutlery and dishes were supplied as well. The added bonus of the separate bedroom completed the luxury stay. The hotel offered breakfast as well but we did not opt in as there were so many local places near by. Location to local transportation was excellent very easy to get around. Close to metro and bus stops. Less then 30 minute bus ride to airport. "

"All of the staff was kind and accommodating, even before I arrived. I needed to call the hotel with a question and Lucas assisted me very pleasantly. The young woman who checked my husband and I in was also very nice and friendly unfortunately I don’t remember her name. The room was cozy and served the purpose we needed which was somewhere clean to sleep in between events. We came for a Van Zee concert which was close by. The location is perfect to get to A LOT of sites. The thermostat/cooling system had an issue but they resolved it at the front desk. One of the front desk ladies even came upstairs to look at it and when it didn’t work she was able to control the airflow from downstairs so we could sleep comfortably. My only word of advice is to consider firmer pillows because the pillows were very soft and when I put one of top of the other it was too high for my head. I slept fine and this does not change my rating—just friendly suggestion :) I would stay here again! Also shockingly quiet given how busy the streets got. The price for the location was amazing! It definitely should have been more expensive."
