"There was a 4 pm check in. Property was not ready and we came back at 4.45 p.m. Rooms had cobwebs. Mouse in the dining room and big fireplaces blew out smoke when lit although we followed the directions. Firewood was for sale and not provided. Bathroom broke. Sofa in the main living room was old and sunk down so we could not use. "We rented Barebones to celebrate my father in laws 80th Birthday. We were a party of 11. The house was beautiful, clean and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed for our group. We had a lovely weekend and wouldn't hesitate to book again. I don't really have anything else to say because it was just perfect! "

"We had 4 nights in October and couldn’t have wished for a better time. House is well equipped, spacious yet feels so cosy and homely. Lovely log fire and the views from windows were beautiful....fields and horses. Spotlessly clean and the beds very comfortable. I’m sure we’ll be back. Great location for getting to all the lovely surrounding villages, especially Broadway. Thoroughly recommended."

It was modern, high-end finishes, clean and well equipped with cups, glasses, plates, bowls, cutlery, Smeg fridge, kettle and a Nespresso machine.
