"There was a warm and efficient welcome on arrival. This is a hotel adjacent to motorway services so food etc is available in the service area. It was rather dated but very clean. A lot of the road noise is screened out by the trees so it was much quieter than I expected. Very convenient location. "

"Stayed here on business. Amazing hotel (particularly liked the spa and pool area) food was also excellent. Only slight criticism was the mattress wasn’t very comfortable and the blankets weren’t sufficient other than that was an amazing trip. Would defo revisit. Also the dressing gown supplied was far too small and had 2 both in same size. I am 6ft3 and 17 stone would be fine but the average male but I am a big guy. Other than that can’t fault it. "

"Used the bus. I was looking out for delta marriot as on all correspondance. The bus calls it the chase hotel. I did not realise this was the same and went a mile. down the road. I waited for the cold for half an hour . The chase is in small letters outside and not on my prints outs of the booking.this needs sorting."
