"The house was clean with plenty of space and extras to make the week comfortable. Sea Colony was an excellent location with lots of great pools, easy access to the beach with the trams, great sport activities for our teen and college age kids. It was a quiet and scenic neighborhood with trees, landscaping, lakes and walking trails. Very close to the boardwalk, restaurants, mini golf and shops. We really enjoyed our vacation!"

"It was a family get our way to watch the Christmas parade and see the Winterfest of lights. The condo was spacious for our group of 10. Great location. Well equipped kitchen. Location was great for the elevator parking and the trash Shute. The host was very quick with response to any questions or concerns. We will definitely stay here again."

The location is great and the house is full of amenities, from soaps to cooking essentials. The host was very helpful and quick to address any concerns.
