Pros- location (close to groceries, multiple eating places, short drive to Seattle, Bellevue, airport); size, parking, family-friendly area Cons - no bedding was available for the futon or air mattress for the first night & the 5th person passed an uncomfortable night; housekeeper supposedly came daily but there was no evidence of it (trash not removed, dust bunny on floor); guest can't control thermostat; somewhat thin walls between...

"What a great find! There was a group of four of us meeting up for a weekend in Woodinville. This house was only five minutes from the Hollywood district and it had everything we needed and more! It is a mother in law apartment with a large kitchen, dining and living area and two bedrooms with a full size bed in each. There was even a bottle of wine to welcome us and the owner was super responsive to our questions via VRBO. I’ll definitely be staying here again!"

"The owner is super communicative and the setup is perfect for a short stay, economical and organized. "

"Property was 10 mins from Sea Tac, close to the Tulkwa train station to downtown. Close to restaurants and shopping. Nice little spot tucked away at the end of road, very quiet. Beds were comfy, clean and nice place to relax. Everything a person needs for kitchenette. Only a couple minor things bedroom doors have issue opening and closing that makes a lot of unnessary noise for others and no temperature control that we could find. All in all great place to stay! "

"My daughter and I stayed for 2 weeks at this VRBO. It has a great set up with 2 bedrooms and 2 updated nice bathrooms. The nano doors out to the outdoor patio are really nice. The kitchen is big and has all the kitchen equipment one would need. The added office space was perfect for my daughter. She had her own space to do her online schoolwork. The property managers are next door but they give you your privacy too. Great spot!"

"It is in one of the best neighborhoods on the Eastside. Beautifully appointed-everything you need. As advertised views of Lake WA. We spent 24 days there and thoroughly enjoyed it. The parking on the street is a non issue. We will be back."

"If you are looking for a great centralized location to visit the Seattle area, this is the place for you. We used it to make day trips to Seattle, hike the mountains, and visit the National Parks in the area. The property is in a quiet, upscale neighborhood, and we never felt unsafe, even when arriving home late at night. "We were surprised by the size of the space--bigger than expected. Appreciated that the bedroom had a door separating it from the living space. And the basic kitchen with a full-size fridge made bringing our own food so much easier. Where the room lacked was in lighting. It was like walking around in candlelight or a dim casino.
