For the Unit I rented I needed to access the second garage and wasn't given that information. Also if you are not a "compact" car, parking in the space may be tight! It is next to a wall. "

The apartment was clean, and Vince, the owner, was very responsive with instructions and help on how everything worked. You have access to all the amenities, including a reserved spot in the garage.
