"This place was perfect for us. We are local to the area and needed a place to stay while our house was under construction. We appreciated that the house was easy to find, clean, and quiet at night. During the day there was construction (no fault of the owner) but there are rules in place to make sure that we were able to live our normal lives as a family in the evenings. The house was reasonably stocked and the owner was responsive. "

"The location and property are amazing. Not oceanfront as I thought by the pictures. Home was older and quirky, but charming. Unfortunately on our first night we were woken by rodents in the ceiling and walls. I made owner aware and she apologized. I emailed her two more times about the same issue. No response which was disappointing. There was no sign of the rodents in the actual house or we would have left. I would have thought this kind of inconvenience would get more than an apology. We paid...
