"Checkin was quick and easy, the front desk agent was polite and helpful. Our room smelled heavily of cigarette smoke, masked with air freshener. It appeared nice and clean but the smell was horrible, giving me and my kids headaches. The odor was amplified when we attempted to turn on the heat unit, but had to shut it off because we couldn’t bear the stench coming out of it. The smell of the room has permeated our clothing and hair, and upon leaving we realize that we smell terrible because of it. Our room was facing the highway and very loud, so for anyone wanting a decent sleep, request a room on the other side of the building or bring earplugs. You get what you pay for, and this hotel was ok. Had the room not smelled terribly it would have rated much better. "
