"Our first surprise was the sixty dollar fee for parking. The parking lot allegedly belong to another entity besides the condo. We had to pay a sixty dollars fee PLUS we had very specific instructions to park in the number spot that we were assigned which was spot 32 . The property was also not cleaned so when we were able to get in we had to wait about an hour for the cleaning person to finish.
