"This property is in a great location close to restaurants and downtown tourist attractions. You can easily walk to World of Coca Cola or Georgia Aquarium. Apartment is very clean and comfortable. Jodie was a great host and would respond to any questions quickly. "

"This place should be called Roachmark Condominium. The condo was filthy and gross with stains on the bed, walls and dining room table. We couldn't even go in the kitchen because it was infested with roaches. The plumbing did not work, water in the bathtub wouldn't go down. I immediately contacted the owner and sent proof. He offered full refund and we checked out the next morning. We ended up at Wyndham hotel . I also contracted some sort of virus from the room where I slept. So I was sick for 5...

"The condo was super cute and enough space for 4 adults and 2 kids. The only issue we had was getting an elevator (only 1 was working) but that’s not the fault of the hosts. The hosts were very nice and sent clear communication about check-in/out. Location was very close to the Aquarium which is what we wanted. "

"We booked this apartment because it was within walking distance of the convention center and looked great in the pictures. The apartment complex itself could use some updating especially with the elevator button being broken on the top floor. Overall the apartment was pretty updated and clean, the pictures are accurate and there is a balcony which we loved! Overall I would definitely recommend this place!"

"Really nice condo - renovated and super clean! Easy check in. Only downside was that there was only one free parking spot. We had to park our other car at a parking garage that wasn’t cheap."
