"Check-in was done by text, very detailed info, as house was difficult to find at night. Hard part was 5 of us getting ready for a wedding, with 1 bathroom; but we made it work. Rainfall showerhead, so bring a shower cap lol They had soap, shampoo and conditioner in the shower. Very nice towels. We would definitely stay here again, if the situation arose."

"I needed a place to stay locally that was pet free as my daughter’s friend has allergies. Very charming home. Comfy beds with crisp clean sheets, full kitchen, plenty of extra linens. There is a great outdoor space with fire pit, outdoor furniture, gas grill. I am a first timer with VRBO’s and found it to be way less complicated than expected. This area is a safe suburb of Kansas City and only about 20 min from Arrowhead stadium, WOF and downtown. Would definitely visit again!"

"didn't like smell, bed and lack of house keeping. Bed had animal hairs- comforters were ripped and had holes in them., every mattress needs replacing . Bathrooms needs some additional updates to toilets and flooring.As well as hot water barely came out of all bathroom faucets. Ceiling fan in main bedroom needs to be look at . "Description of house was as described. Communication with host was quick and easy. Location of house was perfect and away from the hustle and bustle of KC. The only thing I would probably suggest would be for the cleaning fee paid of $150, I would expect house to in perfect condition. The refrigerator needed to be wiped out and I had to rewash some of the dishes before using them. But I am super picky about cleanliness.
