"The house was overall pretty nice, it was perfect for our family. Couple items - the showers were a little gross looking and the internet was very slow. Property is clearly being updated/renovated and there was evidence of that, but it wasn't in the way. "

"The Rich Valley Estate is a huge beautiful home on 338 acres. As an avid hiker this was perfect to be able to have peace and serenity for a long weekend away. I was able to enjoy the private trails, stream, and forest all to myself! I can really see the potential of this place. With such a large home it can fit your whole family and then some, just yourself, or a couple wanting to get away.
