"Overall most of our needs were met as a group. Sleeping spaces for enough people to sleep at least 6 comfortably & then some extra pullout/futon couches available. However a few issues we came across were - the cleanliness upon arrival specifically the presence of dead or live flies at almost every window. Upstairs bedroom the flies were making noise all night at least the first night of our stay. - the water must be well water because it smelled like sulfur every time someone ran the sink...

"Place was awesome, plenty of room, hot tub was wonderful. Only complaints were several of the coffee makers were not functioning."

"I spent 3 October nights with my family including two kids, age 11 and 14. The leaves were beautiful and it was a very peaceful stay. We ate most meals in the house which had everything we needed in the kitchen. Bedrooms were comfortable. Great access to the lake where we were able to enjoy the northern lights. Cute enclosed porch where I could enjoy my morning coffee or a glass of wine at night. Would definitely stay again. "

"Great location to the event we were attending. Great layout to accommodate the group. Had everything we needed but we couldn’t find a pizza cutter. But a big knife did the trick. Easy check out compared to other rentals I have done. "

"This large country home was perfect for our recent trip to NY/PA for my nephew’s wedding. Our party included my husband & I, our kids, their spouses & our two grandkids. This home is beautifully decorated and had everything we could’ve needed. The kitchen was well stocked. The host very kindly left us some apples, cheese & crackers too! "The house was just as described on VRBO. Everything was clean and there was plenty of room for all of us to be together. Definitely was close to everything we needed !"

"My husband and I and our two friends had a wonderful time here. We enjoyed our coffee around the outdoor fire pit the first morning, lounged around the kitchen table over homemade sour dough pancakes, fruit and eggs both mornings, played dominoes in the living room in the evening with the a fire going in the stone fireplace. "This newly remodeled home is beautiful on the inside. We all loved it. Big and roomy. Great appliances, furnishings, decor. Check in was easy. Had one question & owner/manager teplied quickly. My only advice is if you are traveling with anyone having mobility issues that 3 of the 4 bedrooms and the washer & dryer are upstairs. We loved our stay."

"It was a great alternative to the local hotels. Great location as it relates to Campus and within walking distance to where most of our off- campus alumni events were taking place. And I absolutely LOVED the vintage feel of the place!"
