"Leaking ceiling in washroom and very loud building. Doors slamming all hours of the night and sounded like a party in one of the other units. Property a decent walk from most restaurants and sites in Venice. "

"Overall the property was great, nice central location to check out Venice. Plenty of space for us with our young daughter and two kids would be no problem. We stayed in Magica 2. Directions were easy to find the key location and get to the apartment. Anywhere you go realize you’ll be going up and down some stairs and usually staying on the 2nd-4th floors if it’s your first time. WiFi worked well. "The location is best. The room has windows directly to the Grand Canal. But inside the room was very cold and humid. The heating wasn’t working and the heating batteries were not regulated in any way. Also we found many mosquitoes in the room. The kitchen was nice and well equipped. "

"Nice size apartment with two bathrooms, sitting room, kitchen, and bedroom (with a bathroom). Nice lighting in the kitchen and sitting room with big windows overlooking a green courtyard. Very private location and walking distance to all the sites in Venice. Off a great bustling square, but down an alleyway where it is quiet and private. Restaurants everywhere. The kitchen and bathrooms could use a deep cleaning. Other than that, it is a great place."

"We wanted to stay away from crowds and in a Venetian neighborhood, so this place was perfect for us. There was enough space for the two couples and we really liked having two bathrooms. Within a couple minute walk in multiple directions are cafés and restaurants that were fantastic. And there are nearby vaporetto stops if you don’t feel like walking, though getting to the Rialto bridge or San Marco piazza is only 10-15 minutes. "

"We loved everything! The location was perfect - with an easy 3 min walk to water taxis. View of canal was incredible. Super clean apartment. Great communication with host. Would totally stay here again!"

"A perfect retreat from the hustle and bustle - got slightly lost finding apartment as the restaurant next to appartment has changed name to fushion puppa. Get service organising water taxi home. Loved the appartment basic but with everything you needed. Perfect quiet spot away from the main attractions- we have a fantastic time - thankyou"
