Only issues were that on the first morning we went down for breakfast, luckily only gone 20 minutes because when we came back, the room had been cleaned but the house keeper had not shut or locked our door. There was no one around to talk to so reported it to reception, but never got any feedback. Not acceptable at all. "Great hotel for a short break. Good sized comfortable rooms with all essential items included such as shower gel, body cream, tea and coffee making facilities and a hairdryer. Breakfast very good with an extensive choice and long serving hours 6:30-11 at weekends."

"Lovely hotel"

"We had a lovely 2 night stay and the staff had obviously seen my birthday card in the room and when we returned there was a bottle of wine with a letter wishing me a happy birthday. The rail station was just a very short walk opposite the hotel entrance though we did get Ubers as they were so easy to book and they longest we waited was two minutes for one to arrive. If we next visit Prague we will probably stay at Prague Towers again."
