"I booked this on its proximity to the Christmas market. Thecheck in is through the bistro and the staff could not have been more helpful. They even carried our bags to the lift. "Had a lovely weekend break with my girlfriend and enjoyed every bit of this hotel - my only criticism is that they advertise pool, jaquizzi and spa - but the pool is basically a pond in the garden (with fish in it) and spa is a small out house with tiny sauna in it. They also charge an extra fee for using the spa, which is disappointing considering the amount you spend on the room. We decided against using the spa for that reason. "

"What a beautiful property to visit Bruges! It was so quiet and secluded but near all the sights. Our room was so spacious and had a balcony that we enjoyed tea on in afternoon. The bathroom and bedroom was luxurious! Immanuel was a fantastic host and the breakfast was so delicious and fresh. "Good facilities, good size for 6 people supermarket 5 minute walk away. Spa and pool excellent the kids loved it, well equipped kitchen. The only problem was the smoke detectors are very sensitive, there's one on the bathroom which was triggered by steam from the shower and one was set off by spray deodorant, so security show up and say there's a problem and you have to open the balcony door, not ideal in winter. Overall a good stay."

"Das haus war so wie beschrieben. alles war sehr gut organisiert. der Pool war gut, Zubehör, wie zB ein großer Schwimmreifen, Sitzpolster für die Sitzgelegenheiten waren im Gartenhaus.
