"Very affordable, especially for a family. Beds not very comfortable and had to clean up a little ourselves, but didn't mind. (They bought new mattresses but left the plastic on them, very hot for sleeping) "

"This is my go to rental for visits to the Albany area. Good food nearby and easy to walk to. Safe part of town, never felt concerned about my vehicle. Parking kind of sucks as it's busy during the day but I didn't mind parking across the street. Chris is a very considerate host, great communication and super helpful. I would recommend any of his listings."

"“Just outside” stockade may be a better description. Just across from Union College the neighborhood seemed safe but less that middle class. Parking was adequate but awkward with a “dually” truck in the back parking area. Manageable but awkward. Could use better TV instructions. The “K cup” portion of the coffee pot didn’t work and there were some minor maintenance items that could bring up the interior. It is a good value. It was clean and functional. The bed was comfortable and the...
