"This is an absolutely beautiful hotel right in the center of Bruges. Beautifully appointed and decorated, the rooms were extremely comfortable and I appreciated all the little touches like the L’Occitan toiletries and the coffee maker. "Great location close to the station and main shopping and entertainment districts and with tram stops right out the front. Comfortable room, quite large and good value for the price. Only real negative aspect about the stay was the shower which didn't have great water pressure and was very hard to get the water temperature stable (often freezing or scalding water). "

"It was difficult to find the entrance to the carpark for the hotel. Safe parking with barrier entry. €10 per night. Restaurant was the only place to eat in the evening due to refurbishment. Food and service were excellent although a bit pricey The roof top bar was closed on the Wednesday night when we stayed Separate toilet and shower room ( no door on shower room ) which was handy. I had mentioned that this was a birthday trip for me, and they not only accommodated my request for a room with a view over the canal, but also had a little treat waiting for me. We enjoyed an evening drink in the bar, and the helpful front desk staff arranged a lovely massage in the spa area. For some reason, I didn’t book breakfast with my room rate, which was a mistake. We stopped down one morning and it was delicious. "
