"Nice place for a weekend Prescott event."

"Can’t say enough good things about “the Heart of Prescott”. This is our second time renting the home in 2 years. This trip was with my wife’s mother and stepdad. Once again we found the property to be spacious and comfortable. Perfect for 4 adults. Lots of amenities provided, TV’s in the liv room and both bedrooms with streaming services, clean bathrooms, many board games provided, and parking in the attached garage. "Overall, the house was fine. The only problem we had was that the power strip for the coffee maker and microwave did not work. Had to plug microwave direct into wall outlet and move coffee maker to counter to use. Also, just for your records, the grill had not been cleaned by previous guests. We did clean it after we used it. I don't understand why I am asked who stayed in the house. We stated on our reservation who was staying. Two adults and one dog. This is no reflection on the house rather...

"Plenty of room with an abundance of outdoor space. Very convenient to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row/Courthouse. 10-15 min walk and halfway is a fantastic microbrewery & gastropub (LazyG Brewhouse). Also, a quick drive to the National Forest and lakes for hiking, mountain biking, and kayaking. The house has a lot of character and charm. Overall, a good deal. Hope to return for next year's Whiskey Off Road MTB Race."

"The Casita was clean, bright, and just the perfect amount of space for a short weekend getaway! Inside was everything I needed and more. The big windows in the bedroom showing the forest was beautiful, and the deck was definitely the place to journal or stargaze. The location is perfect for anyone wanting to feel a bit isolated from the city and have a great view of the night sky. Downtown Prescott was a short drive away as were some hiking trails. "Comfy beds, prime location, this cabin was the perfect place to land while attending a wedding at a ranch nearby!"

"Main house and guest house suited our adult family group well. The 20somethings slept on the sofa beds and loft. Perfect location for easy walk to the square. Driveway parking was also nice and convenient. Great communication with manager. Would stay again."

"The owners live in the home next door. They came and introduced themselves, and extended every courtesy as if we were new neighbors. I had a dilemma on a steam iron, and the owner located and let me borrow an extension cord. Lifesaver for steaming my daughter's wedding dress! One thing to note when booking this property,checkout time is 10 AM. Property was beautiful, well-kept and well stocked with kitchen extras. Thanks so much for having us."
