"Very quaint, rustic property. The cottages give you a feeling of being out in a cabin but are almost in the heart of Prescott historical district . We stayed in cottage #11. The cottages are old, but the cottage was maintained to keep that woodsy feel. There was a "wood" stove in the living room for chilly evenings and an air conditioner for the warm days. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, stove, coffee maker, pans, and tableware. I would suggest bringing paper towels as none were...

"We had a great time. The house was perfect for our family. Clean and comfortable. Close to downtown Prescott. The area is so nice and peaceful, we went for a walk through the neighborhood and it’s so pretty and all the neighbors were so nice and friendly. "

"The furnace in the house is loud when it kicks on throughout the night. You can hear the traffic outside. The smell in the house has a stale, musty, old house smell. Location was good though as it is walkable to downtown."

"We loved our stay in this beautiful home near downtown Prescott. Walking distance to Whiskey Row and all the shops and restaurants. The home was very clean and host quick to respond to any communications. Check in couldn’t have been easier. We’ll definitely be back. "
