"1st impression, the hotel was a bit dated on the outside. Loads of spaces for parking. Just remember to validate your vehicle reg on the tablet in reception.Check in was easy, staff polite and pleasant. The place was busy.Plenty of space in the bar/reception area. Room was ok. We were put in a room overlooking the road. Double glazed windows didn't close properly. You could hear traffic outside and people talking as they walked past. "My stay was amazing, the staff were friendly and willing to help whenever asked. My daughter is in hospital in North Manchester General so i didnt actually spend much time at the hotel, however breakfast and evening meal consumed, the sea bass and king prawn linguine was amazing tho it did need seasoning, breakfast was ok, though i like my black pudding sliced thicker that way its crispy on the outside but still soft in the middle allowing you to actually taste it. "The staff on reception were exceptionally kind and friendly. They deserve to be recognised for thier friendliness and helpfulness. It was a lady and a gentleman. Cant recall their names but they were so chatty and welcoming. The room was clean and comfortable. Walls are a bit thin. Could literally hear all next doors conversations. Bed was comfy. View was amazing. Would defo stay here again."
