"DO NOT BOOK room 31 or 32, they are incredibly noisy. Impossible to sleep from 7am onwards, and as late as 2am, the doors are constantly banging shut, with people coming and going. "

"We stayed for one night while on business The building is a quirky old place and had been a school! The large rooms have been divided into a number of cosy well appointed rooms Check in was self service and very well organised Ordering breakfast was via a well designed form Lisa and Phil are lovely and we met them at breakfast! Breakfast is one of the best I've ever had, all freshly cooked by Phil! Highly recommended "
