I recently stayed at the Radisson Blu Istanbul Şişli and had a very disappointing experience. The customer service was absolutely terrible, and the staff was incredibly rude. From the moment I checked in, it was clear that hospitality is not a priority at this hotel.
One of the main issues I faced was the air conditioning in my room. It wasn’t working, and despite repeatedly bringing it to the attention of the front desk, no one ever came to fix it. I spent my stay in an uncomfortable, hot room with no resolution. It’s clear that the staff had no interest in helping or making the situation better.
Overall, the service and attitude at this hotel are abysmal, and I would not recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay. There are many other hotels in Istanbul with much better service and accommodations. Avoid this one if you can.
