"Our stay encompassed a continental breakfast, which was basic but perfectly met our needs. The staff were very polite, approachable and helpful and spoke great English. The location of Bloc G is great for exploring the city and there are plenty of dinner options around the vicinity. The room itself was huge and met all requirements, such as bed, hairdryer, soap, kettle, tea, water, TV etc; It would have been great to have a small table and sitting area somewhere in the room. "The studio was really lovely & clean. The hosts are such lovely people and made us feel welcome from the second we arrived.the studio is really close to restaurants.and the little town. "What a find! What the accomodation lacks in modernity, it more than makes up for in size of rooms, cleanliness, the MOST comfortable beds, facilities (including a pool and steam room) and self catering amenities. But what sets this place apart, is the most incredible breakfast - we have never had such choice and quality!!! The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff also deserves a big mention. Would definitely look at returning!"

"The apartment was spacious. 1 bedroom, and sofa bed in living/kitchen area. Very clean and great air-conditioning. Kitchen/cooking area was basic but adequate for a short stay. "The Hotel Le Donjon is one of the most unique places I've ever stayed. It was a great experience. From our room we could see the Chateau Comtal, the castle of Carcassonne. The hotel is right in the middle of La Cite Medievale, near the Aude Gate. The staff was very helpful and accomodating. The room was spacious and the beds were comfortable. It was great staying in the walled city. We could bring our purchases back to the room easily. The hotel also has a secured parking lot that it shares with the nearby Hotel de La Cite. We would definitely stay here again and request the same room!"

"Nice quant hotel within an easy walk to walled medieval city that offers many dining options as does the area outside of the walled city. Hotel staff is friendly and helpful. It's clean and well maintained with a nice indoor and outside eating area. Rooms were on the smaller side which is typical for older properties in Europe. Definitely would stay here again."
