When we informed them that the coffee pot was broken, they responded very quickly with a new pot, but then we learned the coffee machine didn't work. "I am glad I found this little place. Not so close to the hustle and bustle of the centre of Antigua. Walking distance is quite feasible, and the shuttle is available and very accommodating. The place is clean and welcoming. The staff is pleasant and always ready to assist you in any way they can. The host, Ria, is just amazing. She went out of her way to make this stay an amazing experience. For a first timer in Guatemala for a longer stay than usual, this place was for me a nest away from home....

"I like the fact that it's quiet ,small, place. Personalized service, Good size of room , spacious closet and bathroom. I also like the breakfast menu . Isabel is a loving person. I didn’t like the fact that, there isn’t AC. Or ceiling fan or portable fan, it was hot during the day and evening hours. The water flow it’s low. The shower head it’s too close to the wall. Other than that. I will stay again in my next visit."

"Nice property close to all touristy places. This property gets you what you paid for, don’t expect luxury. Literally block away from the arch. You can see volcanoes like Fuego, Antigua and Acatenango from the balcony. Friendly staff and great in communication. I highly recommend this place. "

"Lovely property, colonial style. My apt was small but sufficient for one person. host was very accommodating when I had to show up early because of the blockades affecting the country. I had to leave early to ensure I would be able to travel back home. Only suggestion would b to update the linens and to put desk in front room and small Couch in the bedroom. I will surely return. This is my second stay in the property "

"My best friend and I have been to Antigua many times and really love to have a kitchen and a pool. This place had both and was in a wonderful location very close to the market so we could walk to get our groceries. Tom is amazing and him and the staff are so helpful and kind. It felt very safe and secure and I had no worries about anything while I was there."

"Rene was absolutely the best host during our short stay. Unfortunately, we weren't able to complete the length of our stay due to a medical emergency that prompted us to leave sooner than planned but Rene was not only understanding and supportive but also made it a point to reach out after we left to ensure my daughter was doing ok. The medical emergency had nothing to do with the property or an accident. We will return once again in our future and look to once again stay in this beautiful home....
