"Very nice stay in a two bedroom apartment on the bottom floor of the hotel. Staff were very communicative and nice and we had no trouble getting our access to the hotel and rooms set up before we arrived. Free luggage storage was super nice. This place might have been great in the 90s, but that’s the last time anything was maintained and/or cleaned thoroughly. Our first room was dark and filthy, and located on the maintenance side of the property. So we went to the front desk to ask to get moved since most rooms were sitting empty. "We took the train from Rossio Lisbon to Sintra and walked with our roller bags to the historic center. The route takes you on the perimeter of a lovely park with sculptures along the way. "The property far exceeded our expectations. It was such a beautiful and tranquil setting surrounded by bikable landscapes And cafés. The property itself had so many features. You could easily spend a whole week there. my only regret is I wish we had more time. The host was so helpful. She even helped us find a Private chef and a yoga instructor! I hope to be back Sometime soon. "
