"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. It did say double bunk bed however when we got there it was a double bed on a second floor, (assuming that that's where the bunk bit came from). "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"The apartment is beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and spacious with wine glasses and a kitchenette. But, there was a leak coming from the upstairs apartment. Not just a bit of a leak but a flood that filled a pan. As we were only there one night we had enough towels to mop it all up. This has been mentioned in previous reviews so needs to be looked at immediately. Also the bathroom door was completely missing on one side. My son refused to shower with the family able to see him!
