"The apartment is in a great location off the Grand Place and Central Station. The windows are double plane and blocks out most of the track and tourist noise. Walking was easy to most of the sights. "We had a nice stay , the location was perfect, very close to canals, markets. A 10 min walk to tram 1 or 3 takes you to the station. It says it’s 1st floor, but it’s up a flight. It’s huge space, comfy bed. Only negative was not enough TP , towels not enough for 4 days, and no internet. I did chat with support, no issues were resolved. But it didn’t hamper our stay"

"Excellent flat and very spacious let down by 3 things. a). The lift has been out of order all week and known about. With the apartment on Floor 5 it was a struggle with bags especially as b). The pir lights on the stairs do not work so half way up a flight of stairs you are a darkness scrambling around for your phone as it’s literally pitch black. No windows. c). One towel for a 5 night stay - cmon - at least put in a spare. "

"Property was huge. Beds were very comfortable. Was only a short walk to bars and shopping and metro. Plenty of toilet roll and shampoo which was a nice touch as we were travelling with hand luggage. Communication was very good and easy to access the property. Only a few minor niggles, someone got stuck in a bedroom as the door handle came off so had to leave that door open.
