I booked last minute due to delayed arrival from KL by bus, but be aware it’s unstaffed and you have to down load an App to check in and for whatever reason I was not initially given the correct code and hence couldn’t check in although after 23:30hrs and no one was answering the support phone although meant to be 24x7?
In the end using the Apps on line help they sent the correct access code and I was able to check into my room.
I was quite upset last night, but in the light of day it’s clean and tidy and people Ive met have all been nice.
I think such establishments should have clearly marked on their Expedia page that no staff on site and you need to upload passport details and a picture of yourself on line. Hence you need to be tech savvy!!
