Polite Staffs. Room is clean, however small.
There was a change of plans for my accomodation and I have to check out earlier. They are able to refund the difference with minimum hassle. Great service.
If it wasn’t for those that work at the front desk this would get negative stars. Raymond & his colleagues are amazing & that is the type of customer service you should provide. As far as the room, it could use plenty of updating & better cleaning. Very old looking & very small. There are a bunch of tiny bugs that crawl all through the room & they are aware stating it may be because of rainy season.
On top of that my flight was delayed by a day due to the weather where I was coming from. They refused to refund me for 1 night even though the change of plans was out of my control & I still stayed for the rest of my stay! Regardless of policy they have the ability to make exceptions & this should have been one of them. I had no control over my flight change. Refunding me would have helped me a whole lot more than it would have hurt them. I would never recommend this hotel nor stay here again. Poor service coming from the backend but thank you to those on the frontlines dealing with all of the drama that the company does not handle properly.
If I know there are no windows in the room. I definitely would not book it. Rooms are ok but need some refresh

Due to no window, there is a very strong foul smell inside the room. Make me uncomfortable. The bed is terrible too. Definitely there is better choice elsewhere. No house keeping, i was told it was a busy day, around evening time then my room will be tidy. Speechless...
I had a comfortable stay, the staff were friendly and helpful. I had a ground floor room without windows which suited my needs as I was on a stop over so I was able to rest ,may not suit everyone.the hotel is in a good location, across the road from a hawker centre.
